By accessing or using LocalAces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and Pro members.
LocalAces provides online presence scoring and comparison tools for local businesses. We analyze publicly available data across 7 categories — Google rating, reviews, photos, listing completeness, website quality, social media, and local citations — and generate a comparative scorecard against a competitor of your choosing.
Revenue gap estimates shown on LocalAces are directional estimates only and do not constitute financial advice. They are derived from industry-level data and statistical models, not from analysis of your actual revenue or financial records.
These estimates are provided for informational purposes to illustrate the potential business impact of an online presence gap. Actual results vary significantly based on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, business operations, and marketing spend. LocalAces makes no guarantee of any specific revenue outcome.
LocalAces Pro membership is available on the following plans:
Your 30-day Pro membership begins on the date of purchase. After 30 days, your membership will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days written notice to existing Pro members. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your Pro membership at any time before day 30 and you will not be charged for any renewal. You will retain full access to your dashboard until the end of your 30-day period. After cancellation, your score reports and fix list remain accessible but monthly rescans and the AI assistant will no longer be available. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your membership email or contact us through our contact page.
We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with your report. Simply reply to your purchase confirmation email and we may ask a few questions to help us improve the product before processing your refund. Refunds are processed within 24 hours and typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You may not use LocalAces to scan businesses for purposes of harassment, to collect data in bulk for resale or redistribution, or to violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
All content, scoring methodologies, algorithms, and designs on LocalAces are the property of Zaige, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
LocalAces is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular score result is accurate for your specific business situation. Business data sourced from third-party APIs may contain errors or omissions beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaige, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LocalAces, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LocalAces in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify Pro members of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of LocalAces after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
